Trainee Recruitment Consultant (Reading)

• £15,000 – 18,000 p/annum (£25k-£30k  1^st Year OTE)

We are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join us.

Responsibilities:

This is not a run of the mill job. We are looking to hire highly talented and capable people and give them serious responsibilities. This is a 360 degree recruitment role and, with training, you will be expected to carry out the following duties:

• Resourcing of prospective candidates.
• General office admin, including posting Job Adverts online.
• Aiding other members of staff, where required to do so.
• Lead generation & new business development.
• Attending face to face meetings to secure new business.
• Provide excellent customer service to existing clients.
• Keep an accurate record of all B2B communication, on the internal CRM system.

We are based in central Reading and will expect you to be based at this location. Although eventually some of your time will also be spent visiting client sites to maintain existing client relationships and close deals with prospective clients face to face.
