RPR appoint CCO

In line with our continued growth plans, Jason Rowles has joined the RPR leadership team as Chief Commercial Officer. Jason has a wealth of experience in sales management and has most recently held the position of UK Sales and Marketing Director for Wincanton Plc. He began his career with IBM in the role of Sales Manager and spent 8 years as Head of Sales with Iron Mountain UK, he also served as National Sales Manager for Northgate IS. Following the acquisition of Wincanton, Jason has taken the opportunity to join RPR to spearhead our expansion. His track record of building and leading award winning teams is exemplary so we are delighted that he has recognised our vision and ambition and that we now have the opportunity to work alongside him.

Jason has been tasked with fine tuning the sales and growth strategy for our UK and International business. His approach will include moving away from stereotypical recruitment sales and he will be looking to add real value to our clients and partners by pulling on his own experience as a hiring manager. We will be offering many value added services not traditionally associated with recruitment businesses which will be tailored specifically towards the markets we service.

Following this appointment and in line with our growth strategy, we are currently looking to add to our sales team.
